We have never knowingly violated any terms of use on any site and even if done inadvertently, at least a warning or notice before or after the fact would be the professional response. To my disbelief, Jot Form not only disabled our non-profit form but suspended our account - all without notice or explanation.
What was worse, after spending an hour sending out our Jot Form sponsorship form to old and potentially new sponsors, I received an email from a potential sponsor saying that the Jot Form link didn't work. The Google doc form that Jot Form eventually produced could have been produced through Google docs tools or templates. Zero customer service to even determine why our account was suspended. Comments: It's the worst, most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a platform.
